terms of service
by commissioning me you agree to the following terms. please read thoroughly.
_GENERAL
➜ I reserve the right of declining a commission for any given reason.➜ Please provide a description of the idea for your commission piece, it's even better if you have images for reference. Don't be afraid to send stickman figure drawings, they're very helpful!➜ If the commission is for a fanfic, please send me a small excerpt of the piece you want me to illustrate. (This option is only avaiable if you're the owner of the fic.)➜ If you wish to keep your commission private, please let me know; otherwise I have the right to post the commission on my social media in lower resolution and with watermark.➜ Don’t use my art for NFT’s, crypto, AI generated images or related.➜ You can upload your commissioned piece on your social media.➜ I usually talk through twitter's dms regarding commissions, but if theyre not working or if you'd prefer another way, we can Discord or e-mail.
_PROCESS
➜ I’ll work in the commissions in order of arrival. I’ll let you know when I’ll start your piece.➜ If you already have a pose in mind for the piece, send me clear references for it. If you're leaving the pose up to me, I'll thumbnail some and you can choose what you like the most, or combine them if that's possible, etc.➜ After finishing the sketch, I’ll send it to you so you can revise it (Sketch and a color planning will be sent). Once you check it, are satisfied with it and give me your “ok”, I’ll start working on the final piece. No reviews from then on.➜ I ask for the time of 2~3 weeks to finish the artwork. If any more time is needed due to personal issues or other reason, I’ll communicate you!➜ Please be aware that there might be a timezone that’s a bit too different, so if I’m late to reply, I ask for a bit of patience.
_PAYMENT
➜ Price is usually fixed but can change depending on the complexity of characters (such as tattoos, piercings, clothing, items, etc).➜ Payment through Paypal➜ These commissions are for non-profit only.➜ You can use the commissioned piece in any way you want as long as it is not for profit.
